In the evening of the 1st of April, 2011, I boarded a
ferry for Osaka.
Once again, I woke up at midnight and could not fall asleep. This is the 5th year of my part-time job, working night shift, from midnight till very early time in the morning. It is already my habit that I have two short time sleep every day. I wake up after approximately 3 hours’ sleep, and unable to fall sleep again. I became sleepy again when the ferry arrived at its destination. On the 2nd, I thought of visiting a museum in Kyoto in the morning time. However, I was not feeling strong enough to walk around in the crowd of people. I started to feel reluctant since last evening. I felt as if I got very old all of a sudden. I felt that I wanted to have some relaxed time at MIHO. I was planning to take a bus from Ishiyama Station at 9:10. However, I overslept (on a train) and the conductor woke me up at Yasu Station, the final station of that train. I went back to Ishiyama Station and found out that I had plenty of time before the next bus which should leave at 10:10. So, I dropped in the McDonald’s there and ordered a cup of coffee, a cup corn and a hash brown. I went out of the McDonald’s and came to the bus stop a little earlier than the scheduled time. There, I found a bus bound for MIHO MUSEUM and the last person in the queue was about to ride the bus. How lucky I was to find out that there was a 9:50 bus on Saturdays and Sundays! I once abandoned the idea of having lunch at MIHO because I would rarely have little less than 2 hours as I needed to take a bus back from MIHO at 13:00. This 20minutes made a very big difference. I did enjoy the exhibition of the works of Rosetsu Nagasawa and did have a relaxed time at the restaurant there. I came down from the mountain, rather happily, as I enjoyed both the art works and the lunch. I noticed that I have forgotten to put on the golden charm, “ohikari,” literally meaning “something which lightens,” around my neck when I reached Moriyama branch at around 3 o’clock. Oh, my gosh!! Probably, this is the first time to forget bringing the “ohikari” while visiting the headquarters for worships. I hurried back by a bullet train as I could not attend the Sunday worship without it. It occurred to me that Meishu-sama might be suggesting like this: “You do not realize the importance of johrei (spiritual healing of Shinji Shumeikai). You do not need an “ohikari” unless you save people.” Luckily, I found a Nozomi bullet train ready to go at Kyoto Station, and I could catch other trains without losing any time. The thing that I did not realize until 3 o’clock gave me enough time to relax at MIHO. I felt at ease in some ways to notice that this was the reason why all of my strength was out as if my soul went out of my body. I arrived home, took a shower, put on the ohikari on my neck, ate a bit, left home, took the ferry again and woke up at midnight again. A thinking time while not being able to sleep. I remembered a story I heard in old days from a senior believer. I do not remember the details, but it was something like this: “One Kumori-Shinja, or a believer who is away from the necessary works passed away. He was an old man and he usually did not put on ohikari on his neck when he was alive. During his vigil worship, the dead old man got up suddenly and walked straight forward to the place he put his ohikari. He put his ohikari on his neck, went back to the futon mattress and died again. He did not take any glance at his family or anybody who were at the worship. He did not even speak a word.” Even if one might be a Kumori-Shinja in any degree, he/she would know the importance of ohikari when dead. I also started to feel the necessity of writing about the last judgement. To be more specific, I would need to write about the thing the last judgement this time is a cleansing spirit of fire, not of water. It has been the world of daylight, and the fire element would increase from now in the spiritual world. Accordingly, everything would be clear concerning good or evil and right or wrong, and all humankind would be purified. A person whose spirit is dim and whose inner body if filled with filth would be affected with multiple strong purification (illness) all at once, resulting in falling down to death. Jyorei(Purification of the Spirit) is a cleansing spirit of fire. So, purifying one’s spiritual body in advance means he/she is preparing for survival from the huge purification for all humankind after the fire element has such strength. One can pass the peak if his/her soul is pure enough. On the 3rd, I participated in the Sunday service. I was relieved to hear the words of Kaicho-Sensei, the current Chairman that there was no casualty among the believers in this Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. Once several believers, who had been redeemed from Meishu-sama, started their presentations on their reports, my brain melted and went into the Underground. I will read them in the Shumei paper next month. I was able to attend the lecture by Bandana Shiba which started at 2 o’clock in the first half and the last 10 minutes. However, I missed the middle part. I was glad that Bandana Shiba said “I want Shumei to take the leadership,” at the last part of her lecture and that she evaluated the fact that Shumeikai appreciate beauty. There are good points and bad ones in globalization. A revolution of civilization through teaching by Meishu-sama must be done sooner in order to liberate the world from the controls by powers of the darkness and to save the humankinds. The realization of truth. Works of the God is a light itself. |
